2. shipping

TYPICAL PROCESSING AND TRANSIT TIMES

Depending on order volume, we process orders within 1-4 business days. Transit time ranges from 5-10 business days based on the ship to location. Orders may be fulfilled by multiple packages or from numerous locations depending on inventory availability. 

3. return & exchange

If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return new and unused items in the original box with all accessories within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the original payment account charged, less any shipping fees. Please note that return shipping fees is responsible by the buyers, and the original shipping charges are non-refundable, except the items are classified as defective prior to use after inspection. The return address may vary depends on the products, please make sure to contact us at support@riiipo.com to request an return number and address. If you wish to exchange the item, please also let us know the item you want to exchange to.

 

Once the return item is shipped, please allow 7-10 business for the item to be delivered and processed. The inspection will start once the returned item is received, and the refund or exchange will be completed within 1 to 2 business days.

 

Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of returns within twelve months may limit your eligibility for purchase or return.

If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, please contact us at support@riiipo.com within 30 days of receiving the item for a full refund or free exchange.


For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, we offer a 30 days warranty period. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.


All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.
